When your parcel is shipped you will receive a confirmation email directly from the courier, containing the tracking number to follow the shipment.

Standard delivery times are as follows: mainland Italy: 24-48 hours, Italian islands: up to 72 hours. *Our couriers deliver on working days only. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are processed from Monday.

Shipping is free for all deliveries within Italy.

To make a return, simply send an email to info@cainsmoore.it including the following information: first name / surname / order number, reason for the return, address and preferred time slot for collection, and IBAN if the order was paid by credit card. We will promptly send you detailed instructions to complete the return procedure.

To choose the right size, read the Size Guide section carefully: it is available on every product page. Pay attention to the notes on the different fits, such as slim or regular, to make sure you pick what suits you best.
