Cains Moore sponsors the “Cains Moore Golf Trophy”: a tournament organized in prestigious Italian Golf Clubs in the most beautiful natural settings. The prizes up for grabs are garments and accessories made from fine yarns such as cashmere, wool, silk and cotton.
Golf was born in 1413, on the Scottish coasts on the campuses of the University of Saint-Andrews in the green meadows overlooking the sea. The same sea in which Scottish fishermen sailed dressing in sweaters; these sweaters were handmade in thousands of different processing points. The Cains Moore style still draws experience from the extraordinary variety of stitches that characterize the tradition of Scottish knitwear.
